I am a self-taught artist that draws chibi styled art for over six years. I'm very used to accepting requests and commissions for profile picture icons. However, I am also used to making graduation, birthday, and anniversary gift cards. Four paneled comics are also something that I enjoy making. I'm hoping that by starting this, I can become closer to making my hobby into a side gig.

Terms and COnditon
The content of the Terms and Condition (T&C) outlines both the customers and artists (WrathofOdine) rights during a commission agreement. Agreement to the commission payment, shows the customers approval and understanding of this terms and condition.
The terms and condition are as follow:
1. Transaction Flow
1.1 Customers are encouraged to look at the artwork style, and T&C before a commission is made.
1.2 Once the artist has agreed to do the commission, the customer must conduct the payment 50/50 or after sketch (Look at point 2.4 under Payment and Refund).
1.3 During the commission process the artist will not send any lineart or base colour of the piece before any payment has been done.
1.4 After the payment, the customer will continuously be able to monitor the sketch, the lineart, and the base colour.
1.5 Changes or edits cannot be done once the customer has previously agreed and the final art piece has been delivered to email (Or preferred medium).
1.6 The expected turnaround can range from 1 day to 1 week depending on the complexity of the project.
1.7 You may repost the artwork done, with proper credits to the artist.
1.8 The artist has rights to share the commissioned art piece and to their social media as they see fit unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payment
2.1 All the pieces are under USD currency.
2.2 Payment method is PayPal ONLY.
2.3 Payment with discord nitro, steam gift cards or games can be discussed and negotiated.
2.4 For pieces that cost $5, payment can be done after sketch.
2.5 For pieces that cost $10 and above. For example: $5 initial payment BEFORE sketch is expected, and $5 after the base colour is sent.
2.6 Any commercial usage of the art piece should be known by the artist.
2.7 Commercial usage will be x3 the original price
3. Refund
3.1 No refunds are permitted once the commission has been completed.
3.2 In case of a refund, the artist must be compensated for any work that has been done (lineart and base colour).
Once again, agreement to the commission payment, shows the customers approval and understanding of this terms and condition. By failing to comply or follow these terms and condition, the customer will be banned and will be rightfully publicly blacklisted.
